I think to build the whole ship in scale 1:50 (actually the appealing range is more like 1:48 – 1:70) Starting with hull and finishing with rigging and sails. I am not sure what zoly99sask means by saying that I need to decide what part I want to build… I also checked out Alex’s HMS Victory, beautiful model it is, and I am looking/aiming to build something like that. However, does it contain plans, pictures sufficient to build the model or it is more like supplementary position treating about history of the ship so I still would need to acquire the plans elsewhere? I understand that this book obviously is about building and restoration of the Nelson’s ship.
